Silver package

Fixed menus

• Mexican: Four different traditional mexican snacks, sided with guacamole, pico de gallo, rice and beans, and a delicious carlota dessert. $55 USD per person.
• Special: Shrimp bisque starter, main dish (pork loin or seasonal option) sided with hasselback potatoes, veggies and salad, and mexican corn bread for dessert. $85 USD per person.
• Vegan: Two different full menu options (for the whole group) with starter and dessert, starting at $60 USD per person.

Make-a-pick menus

Menus with options that combine all the right flavors. 

• Seafood: One starter, one main with sides and one dessert to choose from. Options (for the whole group) include lobster, shrimp, octopus or squid seafood mix. $90 USD per person.
• International:One starter, one main with sides and one dessert to choose from. Options (for the whole group) include New York steak, fish fillet or pork-belly. $85 USD per person.
• Italian: One starter, one main with sides and one dessert to choose from. Options (for the whole group) include risotto, rigatoni or gnocci. $60 USD per person.
• Kids: Two mains, one dessert and one drink to choose from. Options (for the whole group) include sandwiches, mini pizzas, spaghetti, quesadilla or chicken nuggets/fingers. $17 USD per kid.
